Lone Star Peach Iced Tea

The Lone Star Peach Iced Tea is a refreshing and naturally sweetened drink that brings the essence of Texas peaches to classic iced tea. Inspired by Peach Iced Tea, this version uses fresh peach puree and a touch of honey for a delightful and healthier twist.

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
• 4 cups brewed black tea, cooled
• 1-2 tbsp honey (to taste)
• 1 lemon, juiced
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
• Peach slices for garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

1. In a blender, puree the peaches until smooth.
2. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
3. Add the cooled black tea, honey, and lemon juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
5. Fill glasses with ice.
6. Pour the peach iced tea over the ice.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and peach slices.
