Original Jolly Outlaw Burger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced

Toppings:

  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
  • 8 strips of thick-cut bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Optional: Tomato slices, red onion slices

Buns:

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Condiments:

  • Roasted Garlic Aioli (recipe below)

Roasted Garlic Aioli

  • Roast a head of garlic drizzled with olive oil at 400°F for 35-40 minutes. Cool, then mix the mashed garlic with 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
