- You have a 14-day window to send the product galloping back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we’ve got our hands on it, we’ll process your refund within a week (7 days).
- Now, we’re all for a good ol’ rodeo, but items that come back lookin’ and/or smellin’ worn, are a no-go. And if it’s marked “Final Sale,” it’s staying with you, cowboy.

Riding back ain’t free, partner. All return shipping costs are on you. Make sure you choose a reliable carrier and keep a record of your return tracking. We ain’t responsible for items that don’t make it back to our ranch.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Dang it! Mistakes happen. If you’ve received a damaged item, tip your hat to us at [email protected] within 3 days of getting it, and we’ll make things right.

Listen up, outlaws! If it’s marked down, it’s yours for keeps. All sales on discounted items are final, and they ain’t coming back to our ranch.

For our fellow outlaws beyond the borders: unless we say otherwise, international purchases are sticking with you. No returns on these.
